Mother: They gotta be long. Down to your feet. And these days skirt, too short, don’t like the short clothes. My mother would give me a hiding if I wear short skirts, it had to be long,
I used to be picking peas.
D: How did you like travelling when you were little?
M: I used to love it when I were little. Travel all around the world, picking peas and apples. Raspberry picking. My mam falled over in the raspberry bush. and everyone was looking for her, and there she was screaming.
